With personalized Health, Nutrition and Fitness Coaching packages developed around your goals, we’re available for private sessions from four weeks and beyond. At Our Healthy Table, we’re confident we can work through a range of sustainable lifestyle changes, with the end result being a renewed approach to your health and long-term goals.

PANTRY CLEAN-OUTS & FOOD AUDITS
Personal food audits via photo/lists or on location. We will assess your fridge/freezer/pantry and suggest healthier options plus additional items so you’re creating your own healthy recipes in no time while cleaning up your eating habits.
GROCERY SHOPPING TUTORIALS
Either in person or virtual “How-To” shop. This could include tours around your local supermarket or shopping online. Emphasis will be on learning how to read food labels, interpret marketing jargon and select healthier versions of your favourite foods. Discover a new range of whole foods and how to shop, so you’re reducing processed food and improving your health!
GROCERY, SHOPPING LIST & RECIPE IDEAS
After a discussion on your family’s food preferences, we will create a customized shopping list that will include items to create healthy meals. These will be based on whole food recipes that are quick and easy to make. Ideal for the busy family or someone that requires guidance while setting up sustainable habits!
CONSULTATIONS & FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATIONS
We’re here to support you through your wellness journey, so if there is any time you need a follow up consultation or additional support, these consultations are available. After we finish a program it can be reassuring to know we’re here and for this reason, we offer a monthly service with unlimited emails and a 60-minute phone call to give you the confidence to go on your own.
FITNESS & PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS
Customized Fitness Programs and Personal Training Sessions to help you get into shape and provide motivation to help you meet your goals. Together we can plan a customized workout program with goals that suit you and your lifestyle while creating strategies to overcome obstacles that have stood in your way in the past.
